Martin Wuelfert is co-founder of Your Business Lab, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in product, go-to-market and M&A strategy within the software industry. He currently sits on the board of SecureLink, the leading security VAR in Europe, and serves as Operating Executive for Investcorp.

Mr. Wuelfert helped to build up German cyber-security organization DCSO as CEO. DCSO provides high-end Cyber-Security Managed Services for some of the largest German enterprises, having been founded by Allianz, BASF, Bayer and Volkswagen.

Before joining DCSO, Martin served as CEO of the leading European transportation management cloud platform TRANSPOREON, used by many large shippers and carriers.

From 2002 to 2009 Mr. Wuelfert managed the public firm Utimaco Safeware as CEO until the company was acquired by and integrated into Sophos. Utimaco developed leading technologies in the areas of disk and file encryption, hardware security modules and lawful interception.

Prior to Utimaco, Martin served at various management positions in the Novartis Group, including being a division CIO for many years, M&A integration manager in Australia & New Zealand and general manager of Novartis Animal Health in Germany.

Martin holds a diploma in Theoretical Physics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
